General Terms Of Use apply to the entire Scribbles For You Website. Terms on this page are specific to those items offered in the Members Area of the site.

1. Pricing -
   • I have thought long and hard about how I would be pricng this site. For a very long time I was going to simply charge a graphic donation as payment, but I have decided that was not being fair to me nor to the other Pixel Graphics Site Owners out there, and therefore I have decided to charge membership fees for access. This is a ONE TIME FEE and allows you access to the site for the duration of it's existence. Currently the fee is $50 and includes a tube license with your membership. It also includes any future licenses (should I decide to offer such).
   • You are NOT required to have a web site to join the Members Area - you ARE however required to provide ANY AND ALL URL's which have content downloaded from the member's area upon them. Violators of this term will have their membership revoked with no refunds given and will be banned from access permanently.
   • If you are the owner of a "Sig Tag" site, which allows members to Request Sig Tags, I will gladly trade memberships for equal terms (if you join my site for 1 year, I ask for 1 year membership at your site). I will not Trade memberships for terms less than 3 months. If your site is a Pixel Site offering items other than Sig Tags - I will also gladly Trade with you for equal terms, but I will also request equal licensing (if you require a "Tube License" - I will trade you including a Tube Licenses to my site, etc.).
   • Other "Trades" of membership will be considered. If you would like to trade memberships, please contact me and we can discuss the terms and conditions involved.
   • In cases where a website is co-owned by more than one person, EACH OWNER using Scribbles For You content will be required to join the members area. You may NOT share your membership with ANY ONE.
2. Refunds -
   • Refunds are NOT AVAILABLE for Membership of Scribbles For You. Once your access is granted, you will be forfeiting your right to any refunds for fees paid. All memberships require approval before you are able to download, and are only approved AFTER payment is received.
3. Proof Of Membership -
   • Upon acceptance into the Members Area at Scribbles For You; you will be issued (usually within 24 hours) a personalized "Logo" stating your member name . Though I don't necessarily require that this logo be placed upon your site - I DO require that if you use Tubes / Tags or Lines downloaded from the Members Area that you place a link back to this site somewhere on your site. This link MAY BE a text link on a "Credits" or "Memberships" type page, or it may be your personalized logo. Please link to http://www.scribbles4u.com
   • In some cases there are additional logos provided with items I have purchased as-is as required by the original creator. Please note any such logos as defined within the members area where downloads are available and follow the posted terms regarding usage of those items.
4. Username/Password -
   • All logins to the members area are logged!
   • Your Username / Password is set up by you when registering and is activated upon receipt of payment. This information is NOT to be shared with ANYONE. If you are caught sharing your login information, your access will be revoked and you will be banned from the members area permanently.

1. Line Art -
   • Most Line Art available in the members area has been purchased from very talented artists to offer "As Is" to my members. You are permitted to tube the line art I have purchased for you and placed within the members area though you MAY NOT offer your tubes "as-is".
   • Line art available may be used to create graphics for personal use as well as profit AFTER it has been colored. Lines are NOT to be offered for download without coloring.
   • Credit requirements for Line Art are noted on the page(s) where offered for download. Please respect the original artist's by following the terms that they have laid out in their terms and which have been passed on to you.
   • Violators of Terms regarding Line Art will have their membership revoked. In addition. you will be asked to remove all items which are in violation from your website. Failure to comply with the request to remove will be addressed via complaints to the hosting company where said violation is hosted.
2. Tubes -
   • Tubes available for download in the Members Area are Scribbled by Scribbles (Tina) and are offered as per the terms of various memberships / purchases made for use specifically on this site. On each page where Tubes are offered for download there will be posted ALL Credit information regarding their usage.
   • Tubes are NOT to be recolored, re-arranged, re-sized, or altered in any other way. Tubes are NOT to be redistributed in ANY WAY unless they have been used to create a new graphic as per the terms outlined below.
   • Tubes may be used to create Sig Tags, Web Sets, Themes, and other graphics for Personal and Profit use as long as all other terms are abided by.
   • When creating items to sell / trade / share using tubes you have downloaded from the members area, you MUST add to the tubes in order to make a new graphic. Simply adding a name or other text or saving of the tube as a ,gif, or .jpg image does NOT constitute significant change / usage and therefore is strictly prohibited.
   • When using tubes from the members area you must place a link back to http://www.scribbls4u.com on the page where said tubes are used. If used to make a web set or theme, a link must be included in the credits portion of the set / theme offered for download.
3. Sig Tags -
   • You may NOT edit any Sig Tag created by Scribbles in any way.
   • In the case of Blank Sig Tags, you may add a name or saying to the tag ONLY. Graphical change of the sig tag is strictly prohibited!
   • Blank sig tags are for PERSONAL USE only. You may customize the tag ONLY for your personal use and they are NOT to be redistributed at any time.
   • When using Sig Tags (blank or requested) for email or display, you must include a link back to http://www.scribbles4u.com with each use. When displaying tags on a web page, the credit must be on EACH PAGE where sig tags are displayed.
   • Sig Tags may NOT be redistibuted under any Circumstances.
   • All members of the Members Area are allowed to request a maximum of 4 sig tags per week. Requests may include tags for friends, or tags for yourself in any combination. Each tag has a Request Form for your use and ONLY requests made using the form will be honored. All orders beyond 4 per week per member will be deleted. You will receive the FIRST FOUR requests received and you will have to order any others during another ordering week.
   • When requesting tags for a friend, you will be asked to provide the friend's information on the order form. Sig Tags requested for friends will be mailed directly to the friend who ordered them. Should your requested tag not be received please notify me so that the tag may be re-sent.
   • Sig Tag orders are accepted Sunday through Thursday - Orders sent on Friday or Saturday will be automatically deleted with no exceptions. Your tags will be delivered on or before Saturday of the week they are ordered. Please do not email me unless it has been 1 week since your request has been sent.
   • NO TAG ORDERS are filled Monday through Friday except under special circumstances which will be made known to the members at that time.
